Weller 12 Year Bourbon is a wheat bourbon. W. L. Weller was the first to offer a bourbon using wheat as the flavor grain instead of rye.

The taste is dry, complex, and toasty, with cocoa dust and soft spices. The mid-palate has wheat, cedar, and nut flavors with moderate sweetness.
