Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout.

Currency

Product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, order totals, and refunds are processed in United States dollars (USD).

Payment Authorization

Payment authorization is completed during checkout. Please provide billing information that matches the records held by the selected payment provider.

An order is confirmed after payment authorization and order review are completed.

Payment Security

Payments are submitted through Shopify’s encrypted checkout and processed by the payment method selected at checkout.

COOLTECHES does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated using the delivery address and displayed in the order summary before payment is completed.

Declined Payments

If payment is declined or remains incomplete, the order is not confirmed. Please review the billing information or select another available payment method.

Questions about a declined transaction should be directed to the bank or payment provider associated with the selected payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Eligibility, refund amounts, and timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
